Richmond Corporate Service Group was designed and launched with an eye toward providing exceptional service to corporations, accountants and attorneys at reasonable rates. Our founder, Brian Carchedi, has spent most of his career as a paralegal working at top New York City law firms. One of the big questions that will cross anyone’s mind when they are looking for a great registered agent or other business service company is price. √ Furnishing Corporate Kit: RCSG will order and prepare a corporate kit, including stock certificates and an official seal, for any client who establishes a corporation or LLC.
√ Doing Business As (DBA): In certain states, like New York and Pennsylvania, an individual may want to use a fictitious name, or DBA, to market their services. RCSG will ensure that this is done legally and correctly.

√ Trade Name: In New Jersey, a DBA is referred to as a trade name. RCSG will file and establish the name for any client seeking to market their services under a fictitious name of this nature.
√ Professional Entities: RCSG can execute and file all necessary paperwork to establish Professional Corporations (PC) or Professional Limited Liability Companies (PLLC) with the required state agencies.
√ Not for Profit: RCSG will work through New York’s Department of State’s Division of Corporations to earn a certificate under the state Not-for-Profit Corporation Law (NPCL) for a not-for-profit entity a client is seeking to establish. We are also available to perform this service for clients in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
